P90X Ab-Ripper X (plus a little)
9 11 2009The ever great ab ripper workout plus some side planks, regular plank and bridge. Took Sunday off, skipping a long run for the first time in some months. Did not run today as I know I’d find myself trying to make up for yesterday’s miles which I should not do. Focus now if a little more endurance and hitting the marathon start line healthy.
