5 Miles On The Treadmill

Needed a ride to work, lunch time meeting, thus only this evening to run, rain, blah feeling, thus the treadmill.  Threw in a little speed work with 1 mile at 7:30, 1/2 mile at 7:00 and 1/4 mile at 6:30.  Damn footpod went flying off at one point so the garmin stopped recording so this is my first full manual run entry in weeks :)

Good Run In The RAIN

I think I can count the number of runs I have done where it has down poured on me amd today was one of those few. After two days off running, one with stretching and strength training and yesterday with rest, today the legs felt far better. The left calf and right thigh still need some tlc and I’ll try to stay smart with my remaining marathon training.
