Got in a solid run this morning before my follow up appointment with my sport medicine doctor to review my feet from the problems I had. Great run and clear doctors visit and just gotta keep building back the miles and cross training and keeping everything in balance.

After catching up on my sleep I had my normal pre-long run breakfast, got suited up and out I went with a goal of 10 miles and that I did. My 10K split was 55:37 at an easy slr pace which feels nice.

Got in a total of 8 miles with a little more walking than I hoped but a nice pace overall. Switched back to my Brooks Adrenaline shoes and no hot spots at all such that blisters were not a concern today.
