15 Mile Long Run
28 12 2008All in all it felt great to get back out for a long run. Walked for all my water and gel intakes and a couple more in between, but kept a decent pace all things considered. My quads are killing me, I feel some discomfort but tons better than how it felt after the half marathon back on the 13th. If I can stay on a steady build, I should still be able to hit my goal come February 14th, we shall see.
