30 minute recovery run on the treadmill
2 12 2008A solid 3 miles on the treadmill to get the body in gear after Sunday’s windy 18. The knee felt fine, I focused on keeping the feet pointing straight forward, however think I need to get my run analyzed to make sure I have the right shoes at this point in time.
