Tried to get out for a long run before the heat kicked into high gear and did it. Fairly steady pace and the body feels great. Ran during my water intakes except for 1 around mile 9.5 where I filled up 2 of my empty water bottles.

Got up a little late this morning. I figured sleeping in was good after an odd bite in the face yesterday morning to ruin my day. Completed a hilly 5 mile route and I am happy with the pace and overall run considering the head and humidity.
